Acceptable Use Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of I Can't Sing, operated by ToxRock Records ("we", "us", "our"), and is part of our Terms of Service. It exists to keep the Service safe, lawful, and fair for everyone. By using the Service, you agree to these rules.
Prohibited uses
You may not use, or attempt to use, the Service to:
- Break the law. Create, process, or distribute content that is illegal, or use the Service in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
- Infringe intellectual property. Process, retune, remix, take over, reproduce, or distribute audio, songs, vocals, lyrics, or other material you do not own or have the rights to use, or otherwise infringe any copyright, trademark, or other right of any person or entity.
- Create deceptive or harmful audio. Generate, manipulate, or distribute voice content — including impersonations, "deepfake" or cloned voices, or synthetic audio — designed to deceive, defraud, harass, defame, impersonate a real person without consent, spread misinformation, or otherwise harm others.
- Harass or harm. Produce or distribute content that harasses, threatens, bullies, defames, or promotes violence or hatred against any person or group.
- Distribute malware. Upload, transmit, or facilitate any virus, malware, or malicious code, or use the Service to interfere with, disrupt, or compromise any system, network, or data.
- Reverse-engineer or circumvent licensing. Decompile, disassemble, reverse-engineer, or attempt to derive source code (except where such restriction is prohibited by law); or bypass, disable, forge, or interfere with license keys, activation, or other security and licensing measures.
- Resell or redistribute the software. Copy, resell, rent, lease, sublicense, distribute, or make the Service available to third parties, except as expressly permitted by your plan.
- Share keys. Share, publish, transfer, or sell your license key, or use a key you are not authorized to use.
- Abuse the Service. Use bots, scripts, or automated means to abuse the Service, our website, or our licensing and support systems; attempt to gain unauthorized access; or engage in fraud, chargeback abuse, or evasion of enforcement actions.
Your responsibility for content
You are solely responsible for the audio, vocals, songs, and other content you process, create, publish, distribute, or monetize using the Service, and for ensuring you have all necessary rights and permissions. Because the app processes audio on your own device, we do not monitor or control what you create — that responsibility is yours. Nothing here grants you any rights in third-party or AI-generated content; see our Terms of Service for details.
Consequences of violations
If you violate this AUP, we may — with or without notice, and at our discretion — issue a warning, suspend or terminate your license, deactivate your key, restrict access to the Service, and take any other action permitted by law or our Terms, without refund. Serious violations may be reported to the appropriate authorities.
Reporting abuse
If you believe someone is using the Service in violation of this AUP, or you have a concern about content or conduct, please report it to support@icantsing.com with as much detail as you can. Copyright complaints are handled under our DMCA / Copyright Policy.
