Availability & Export Compliance
I Can't Sing (operated by ToxRock Records) is a US-based business. Because of that, our sales and the use of our software are subject to United States export control and economic sanctions laws. This page explains, in plain terms, where the product is and is not available. It is part of our Terms of Service.
Where the product is not available
You may not download, buy, install, use, or access I Can't Sing if you are located in, ordinarily resident in, or a national or government of, a country or region subject to comprehensive US sanctions or embargoes (which have at times included, for example, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, and the Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions of Ukraine). The specific list of restricted countries and regions changes over time; US law at the time of your purchase or use controls.
Restricted and denied parties
You also may not use the Service if you are a person or entity identified on a US government restricted-party list — including the US Treasury's Specially Designated Nationals (SDN) List, the US Commerce Department's Denied Persons or Entity List, or any similar sanctioned or denied-party list — or if you are owned or controlled by, or acting on behalf of, any such person.
Your assurance to us
By downloading, purchasing, or using the Service, you represent and warrant that: (a) you are not located in or a resident or national of a prohibited country or region; (b) you are not on any restricted-party list and are not owned or controlled by anyone who is; and (c) you will not export, re-export, or transfer the Service, or use it, in violation of US export control or sanctions laws, or the laws of any other applicable jurisdiction.
Prohibited end uses
You may not use or provide the Service for any end use prohibited by applicable export laws.
Enforcement
We may block, cancel, suspend, or refuse any download, purchase, license, or access — and deactivate license keys, without refund — where we reasonably believe it is necessary to comply with these laws. If your location or status changes such that continued use would violate them, you must stop using the Service.
Why this exists
This is not a judgment about any customer. As a US operator selling internationally, we are legally required to observe these controls so that our international sales stay lawful. If you believe your country has been restricted in error, or you have a question about availability, email support@icantsing.com.
