Talk to a human
One published inbox, six email subjects, and one affiliate application route. Use the matching path so the request can be identified quickly: support@icantsing.com.
Start with the verified guides
These pages contain the current setup, troubleshooting, account, and policy information.
Setup & first sound
Install, allow the mic, then select and verify your input and output devices.
Latency, crackle & devices
Check the buffer, driver, selected devices, and the known limits of Bluetooth audio.
FAQ
Offline processing, system requirements, what each tier includes, privacy, cancelling.
Refunds & EU rights
Read the limited voluntary policy, subscription cancellation rules, and EU/UK statutory rights.
Your account
Plan and status, license keys, downloads, billing and your affiliate link — all self-serve.
Route your message
Six lanes open a pre-addressed email with the subject prefix already filled in; affiliate applications use the published form. Finish an email subject with a few words about your situation.
Technical support
Setup, microphone and audio devices, latency, crackle, the app not starting, or anything that sounds wrong.
Start with Docs → Troubleshooting for the verified setup checks.
Email — subject “Support —”Billing & refunds
Charges, renewals, cancelling, receipts, or a refund request. Write from the email address you bought with so we can find the order.
Cancel or check your plan yourself in your account; the rules are in the Refund & EU Consumer Rights policy.
Email — subject “Billing —”License & activation
Key never arrived, key won't activate, or you're moving I Can't Sing to a new computer. Include the email you purchased with.
Your key also lives in your account. If the email never showed up, search spam and promotions for a message from an @icantsing.com address.

Logos, screenshots and demo clips are available on request — we don't host a public press kit yet.

Already applied and have a question about payouts or your link? Email the affiliate subject.
Apply on the affiliate pageLegal & privacy
GDPR / UK GDPR and CCPA/CPRA requests, questions about the Terms, DMCA notices and counter-notices, and Acceptable Use reports.
This is the published inbox for privacy requests and copyright notices. See Privacy, Terms, DMCA and Legal Notice / Imprint.
Email — subject “Legal —”Security disclosure
Found a vulnerability in the website, the licensing endpoints, or the desktop app? Send it here with steps to reproduce and we'll work it with you.
We don't run a paid bug-bounty program. Please report privately first, and never test against another person's account or data.
Email — subject “Security — vulnerability report”What to send for a faster diagnosis
Audio behavior depends on the device, driver, routing, and buffer. Sending the exact setup and failure state avoids an unnecessary round trip.
Your setup
Your Windows version, microphone or audio interface, and headphones or speakers. Say if any of it is Bluetooth because that changes the available latency path.
What you did and what happened
The exact step you were on and what you heard or saw instead. “Crackling only when the Song Deck is playing” provides more useful evidence than “audio is broken”.
What you already tried
Buffer size changes, switching to the WASAPI driver, re-picking your input and output in Settings → Audio Devices. Tell us so we don't send you in a circle.
The startup log, if it won't open
Paste %LOCALAPPDATA%\VocalForge\startup.log into File Explorer and review that file before attaching it. It often contains useful failure context; remove anything you do not want to share.
What to expect, honestly
Support goes to one product inbox
Use the subject lanes above so activation, setup, billing, legal, and security requests can be separated. Never include a password, license secret, API key, or payment-card number.
We don't promise a reply time
We'd rather under-promise than post an SLA we can't keep at this size. If your message is tied to an event, include the date and time so the impact is clear. This does not create a response-time guarantee.
Email only, in English
There's no phone line or live chat. Support is handled in English; messages in other languages may take longer to interpret.
No community channel yet
We don't run a Discord, forum, or subreddit today. If we open one, it will be listed here and in the footer first — anything else claiming to be official isn't.
Privacy requests have legal clocks
GDPR and UK GDPR requests are answered generally within 30 days, and CCPA/CPRA requests within 45 days, as set out in our Privacy Policy. We may need to verify your identity first.
Windows today, Mac not yet
I Can't Sing is a Windows app right now. If you're writing to ask about macOS, join the waitlist on the beta pageinstead — that's the list we'll email.
Who you're writing to
I Can't Sing, operating under the ToxRock Records name — Michigan, USA
