I Can't Sing, operated by ToxRock Records ("we", "us", "our"), respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. This policy explains how to report copyright infringement and how we respond, consistent with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

How this policy applies

The I Can't Sing app processes audio locally on your own device — we do not host, store, or receive the audio, songs, or vocals you process. Accordingly, this policy applies to any content you submit to our website or services (for example, feedback, support messages, or materials you send us) and to reports about the conduct of our users. You remain solely responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any material you process with the app; see our Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy.

Filing a copyright takedown notice

If you believe content submitted to our site or services infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent at support@icantsing.com that includes all of the following:

A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.

Counter-notice

Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before removal.
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or, if outside the U.S., a district in which we may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original notice or their agent.

If we receive a valid counter-notice, we may restore the material as permitted by law unless the original complainant files a court action.

Repeat-infringer policy

We will, in appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, suspend or terminate the accounts, licenses, or access of users who are determined to be repeat infringers, and may deactivate associated license keys.
